A deposit of 30% total with taxes is processed at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled as follows: Harbour House, Lodge Rooms, Cottage, Domes, and Trailers: 30 days or less, prior to stay RV Sites, Campground: 14 days or less prior to stay Balance is due upon check-in and is non-refundable.

All rates are in Canadian Dollars, per person based on double occupancy, unless otherwise stated. All rates and fees are subject to tax at 5% GST and 11% Hotel Tax (8% PST and 3% MRDT). Should other taxes or fees be required they will be advised. All rates, taxes or fees are subject to change without prior notice. Note: Prior to May 2026 your booking may not have included the new taxes and and will be added to your bill at check-in.

All accommodation have a 3 night minimum stay. We accept stays for 1 or 2 nights with an $85 surcharge. Harbourview House accepts stays for 1 or 2 nights with a $120 surcharge.

Children are welcome at Gorge Harbour Marina Resort. We’re happy to host families and encourage you to contact us directly with any questions about accommodations, amenities, or planning a stay with little ones. We’re here to help make your visit comfortable and enjoyable for all ages.

We love animals, but to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted in the Lodge Rooms or Cottage. Dogs are welcome in the following areas: Domes RV Sites Campground/Tent Sites Trailers Harbourview House Pet Fees: Domes & Trailers: $20 per pet, per night RV & Tent Sites: No charge Pet Guidelines: A maximum of two dogs per site or unit. Dogs must be on leash at all times. Dogs must not be left unattended at any time. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests!

Check-in begins at 4:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am.
