Val Lange brings over 15 years of experience in therapeutic bodywork to her clients. She holds a 2,200-hour Massage Therapy Diploma from the Canadian College of Massage and has advanced training in both Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Ayurvedic Bodywork.

​

In addition to her massage therapy practice, Val is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), offering counselling sessions online and in person from her peaceful studio in Whaletown.

This season, Val is thrilled to be joining the Gorge Harbour bodywork team, sharing her gentle, intuitive, and client-focused approach with the Cortes Island community and resort guests.

Anastasia weaves her intuitive massage with energy healing and potent acupressure points, tailored to your specific needs. She encourages longer sessions for full body and mind rebalancing: we'll address all major muscle groups and patterns of tension, with care for joints, hands, feet and head, soothing the nervous system.
Reiki energy work, reflexology and acupressure are likewise available as lovely standalone treatments.

A lifelong student of holistic health and consciousness, Anastasia is immensely grateful to be rooted in the peace and power of the Pacific Northwest. She is also a blown glass and jewelry artist.

Hui was raised in a family immersed in Tai Chi and Tui Na practices in Taiwan, she has built her foundation on these ancient arts . Inspired by the island rhythms of Lomi Lomi, she brings a natural flow to the table with her touch, embodying the elements of ocean and earth. 
She is also certified in Thai yoga massage and Balinese massage in both country. As a Contact Improvisation dancer, she merges her experiences to rekindle intuitive senses, providing the holistic treatments that nourish both body and spirit.

Kyle built a foundation of awareness and understanding of the body through a deep love of swimming from a young age, later on becoming a competitive swimmer, and teacher for all ages. 

The relaxed, effortless and weightless nature of swimming in water is something that has always deeply resonated with me spiritually, and I seek to apply these qualities in everyday life, in movement, music, and in massage.

A consistent Tai Chi and Tui Na massage practice continues to aid in my understanding of “freeing up” and enhancing the natural flow of energy within the body. This treatment can help anyone seeking general relaxation and reduced tension, to supporting sports based muscle recovery, offering a range of pressure from gentle to deep tissue massage.

I provide a space for deep relaxation, a chance to unwind, and allow for the body’s nervous system to drop down into its natural healing rhythm.
