Meet the Bodyworkers

Lindsay Celeste

Restorative Bodywork

Lindsay

Lindsay  offers a deeply relaxing reset. Her approach recognizes that the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of the body are interconnected, and through presence, skill, and care for the whole person, she supports both therapeutic relief and deep rest.

Her sessions are unhurried and responsive, with pressure ranging from deep to soft, depending on what your body is ready for in each moment. Whether you’re coming in with sore muscles from work or travel, or simply looking to unwind, she meets you where you are.

Drawing on training in The Art of Conscious Touch, and over 15 years of experience, her work emphasizes sensitivity, attunement, and respect for the body’s natural rhythms.

Clients often experience a settling of the nervous system, helping the body release tension and return to a more comfortable, balanced state.

Bodywork Tai Chi and Tui Na massage practice

Kyle

Kyle is a certified Massage Therapist who helps clients relax and unwind through mindful, flowing bodywork that releases tension and increases flow in the body.

With a background in competitive swimming and teaching, his approach emphasizes fluidity, ease, and relaxed movement. A consistent Tai Chi movement practice deepens his understanding of the body, enhancing mobility, balance, and circulation.

Kyle holds an awareness of the mind-body connection - believing true therapy goes beyond isolated symptoms. Rather than seeing “problems,” he recognizes how the way we think and relate to the body shapes our experience of tension and limitation, or freedom and mobility. This perspective guides how he honours and connects with clients on a holistic level.

Trained in Traditional Chinese massage and Thai Acupressure massage, he offers:

Specialties

  • General Relaxation

  • Deep-Tissue

  • Sports-Based Recovery

  • Thai Acupressure massage
