The Floathouse Restaurant is fully licensed and features fresh seafood and Westcoast cuisine. We offer indoor and outdoor dining, overlooking scenic Gorge Harbour.
Our restaurant is recognized for an outstanding menu created by our head chef Mark Ferguson. With attention to pride and consistency Mark and his team use fresh local produce from the land and the sea. Influenced by the Pacific Rim some of this years summer menu items are:
Halibut with Japanese Salsa Verde
Wild B.C Salmon on Chilled Buckwheat Soba Noodles
Fraser Valley Duck Breast with Cumberland Sauce
Okanagan Grass Fed Striploin with B.C wild mushrooms
Fresh local oyster and spotted prawns daily specials
